Unfortunately Gisborne Speedway Committee has, as with nearly all other clubs, called an early end to this season. It’s not what we or any of our members, competitors and fans want. It is the grim reality for now with this damn Corolla Virus. The health and safety of everybody is paramount. We as a club, and our sport WILL be back and we will continue. The committee asks everyone to be careful out there, stay safe and follow the Govt rules and guidelines. If we all do this, we’ll be out of this mess in no time. Until you hear from us…take care and look after each other.

Based on recent announcements by the government on the Corolla Virus and re large gatherings, the Gisborne Speedway Committee has decided to postpone this meeting (21st Mar) and await further info from SNZ and their experts on where we go from here. Apologies to all.
